Borough Gardens Continue to Thrive

In 2012, a group of Lib Dem Councillors teamed up with local residents to improve the gardens. This process involved redesigning the gardens to make them into a more inviting, tranquil space for people. It also improved the wildlife biodiversity in the gardens.
The Gardens have gone from strength to strength thanks to this project. Protecting green spaces in our town is a top priority for Lib Dem Councillors.
Cllr Sarah Williams was one of the original group involved in the regeneration. She said: “The Borough Gardens are a peaceful, tranquil space for people to enjoy within our town.”
“Your Lib Dem Town Council is working hard for Bridport all year round. Please get in touch if you have any issues, or if you want to find out how to get involved with projects in the Town.”
