Dorset's Pothole Horror

Dorset’s roads are currently blighted by potholes. The Lib Dems are calling on the Conservatives to get them fixed for good.

Following bad weather over the winter, numerous potholes have opened on roads all over our area. These can force drivers to have to shell out on repairs.

Liberal Democrats are calling for a real solution to the pothole problem. This includes not only more investment, but also a rethink on how holes are filled, to try and stop them reoccuring.

Parliamentary Candidate Edward Morello said: “The Conservatives’ approach to fixing our roads is clearly not working. Potholes are reopening again and again.

“We welcome the latest investment on this, but this sticking-plaster approach to road repairs needs to be replaced with fixing these potholes for good.”
