The newly elected Bridport Town Councillor for West Bay, Neil Barnes, and the newly elected Dorset Councillor for Bridport, Paddy Mooney.

Bridport backs the Liberal Democrats, and you can too!

What a night for West Dorset! On Thursday 21st May, voters in Bridport and West Bay delivered a resounding double win for your local Liberal Democrat team.

Paddy Mooney stormed to victory in the Dorset Council by-election with 2,190 votes, more than second place Reform UK and the third place Greens combined, and well clear of the Conservatives. In West Bay, Neil Barnes was elected to Bridport Town Council with 359 votes cast, comfortably beating the Green candidate on 83.

The message from these results is unmistakable: here in Bridport and West Bay, it's the Liberal Democrats, not Reform UK and not the Conservatives, who have the strength and the support to win. Vote for anyone else and you simply let one of them in through the back door.

We are the only party that can be trusted to keep Reform UK and the Tories out. But we can't do it without you.

Join us today and help us keep winning for West Dorset.
