Rochdale MP Paul Rowen was joined by Cabinet Member for Adult Care Dale Mulgrew in a summit with Health Minister Ivan Lewis MP. The meeting was called after Ivan Lewis criticised Rochdale Councilduring a visit to Rochdale earlier this year Mr Lewis made serious criticism of the standard of adult care provided by the Council.
